Position Profile: Human Resources Staffing Seasonal Assistant 
Department: Human Resources   
Reports to: Stadium Staffing & Resources Manager
Status: Seasonal, Hourly

JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Staffing Seasonal Assistant will directly assist with the day-to-day support of the Stadium Services Department with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support.  This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the execution of other office duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist in the Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring process for Stadium Services Game Day Event Staff
  • Data entry, basic reporting, and file management.
  • Assist in facilitating Game Day Event staff training.
  • Maintain Staff call sheets and attendance history.
  • Respond to employment inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Perform organizational and special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills and be able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting.
  • Comfortable with speaking to and phone screening candidates.
  • Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, and implement projects and tasks within an allotted timeframe.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required.
  • Must have high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information required. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Previous experience in entry-level recruiting preferred
  2. Strong background in office administration
  3. Experience staffing facility-based roles preferred

HOURS REQUIRED: 

  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week; Flexible schedule and the ability to work extra hours as needed (ie: events, gamedays, etc.)
