POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as first point of contact for employees, applicants, visitors and internal partners. Provides exceptional customer service, administrative support, and operational assistance to Human Resources. Responds to inquiries, manages front office operations, maintains confidential records, and supports Human Resources processes to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma, its equivalent, or higher is required. One to two years college coursework in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field is preferred. One or more years of experience in the Human Resources field or a demonstrated knowledge base of HR functions, Excel and operations is preferred. Must have a demonstrated ability to make independent judgments and take professional accountability for areas of responsibility.
