Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires by preparing documents and setting up meetings.
- Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as support with organizing events and surveys.
- Work with HR team members on benefits administration.
- Conduct research on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices to support compliance efforts.
- Participate in training and development activities, including tracking employee learning progress.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including document management, email correspondence, and reporting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
