About this role

The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing professional and administrative support to the Human Resources Department through a broad spectrum of tasks including but not limited to onboarding, training, file maintenance, data entry and audits. The Recruiting Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. Must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

Your role will help ensure the HR department operates effectively to deliver maximum value to our incoming Team Members and the company. All HR Team Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness and integrity while exercising strict confidentiality in all areas.

Hourly Rate: $22-24 Per Hour

Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Outstanding administrative, organization and communication skills
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
  • Maintain all required documents to ensure compliance with state and federal law
  • Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and time management skills
  • Work in close partnership with recruiters and all HR Team Members and Leadership to be a credible resource for our applicants and Team Members
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism - can interact with all levels of the organization as a main point of contact for team
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the Team Member experience and partner with the HR team to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
  • Ensure all inquiries are answered and/or properly routed in a timely manner
  • Support any other special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience with high volume recruitment preferred
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling conflicts
  • Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite, previous experience with an applicant tracking system strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws/regulations and company policies

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
  • Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment
  • Must be able to maneuver around office and property
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing job functions
  • Office environment may include variable temperature and lighting levels
