Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Support outreach initiatives, such as attending career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.
Contribute to social media strategies by creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to promote job opportunities and employer branding.
Help coordinate and enhance internship and talent pipeline programs.
Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting background checks, drug screens, and collecting new hire paperwork.
Assist with administrative tasks, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and tracking recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution) OR recently graduated (within one year) from an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution).
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
