About the Role


We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of a Wealth Banking Advisor in our market team.


This role is committed to providing differentiated service and problem resolution experience to assigned clients via virtual delivery, such as telephone, email, chat, etc.


The specialist will work in a complex, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment, acting as a liaison between clients, Wealth teams, and other internal partners to deliver a seamless and integrated servicing approach to high net-worth clients.


This opportunity is open to individuals located in Charlotte, NC and/or the surrounding areas.

Additionally, the role requires access to reliable internet and the ability to manage all responsibilities from a home office.


Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.


Key Responsibilities


Core Duties


  • Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic service requests
  • Gain proficient understanding of all banking products, processes, and programs, staying well-informed of any changes
  • Find specialized solutions for clients with more complex financial needs while remaining compliant with the existing branch operations manual, audit, and regulatory framework
  • Establish professional, ongoing working relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to meet the needs of clients
  • Execute day-to-day transactional needs of Wealth assigned clients with a focus on efficiency and accuracy, meeting specified service level agreements (e.g., transfers, overdrafts)
  • Facilitate wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests for Wealth clients, requiring the ability to execute a complex process with high attention to detail
  • Enter and maintain accurate, detailed documentation for each client interaction, including final resolution within CRM/SalesForce.com
  • Uphold required performance standards (e.g., quality, productivity, behaviors)
  • Assist the Bank's Wealth division in reaching target Voice of Client (VOC) scores

Deliverables or Project Scope


  • Efficient and accurate execution of transactional needs for Wealth clients
  • Detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions
  • High-quality service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors
  • Compliance with branch operations manual, audit, and regulatory framework

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • CRM/SalesForce.com

Qualifications


  • Associate's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking, or equivalent education and related training
  • Retail Mass Market banking
  • Retail banking service experience
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of related client service experience (e.g., Retail Banking, Relationship Banking)

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking
  • Two or more years of related client service experience (e.g. banking, investment, financial planning)
  • Proficiency in Client retail banking applications (e.g. Client Central, Salesforce)

Additional Information / Requirements


  • Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS acceptable background check
  • Banking and customer service relationship banking experience is a must-have
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Hours of Operations
    • Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET
    • Saturday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (will work every six weeks)
    • Must be able to work 2nd Shift – 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET (1 hour lunch break)
Hybrid Work Schedule
    • In office during training ( ~ 90 Days)
    • After Training Completion: 3 Days in Office / 2 Days Work from Home

Compensation Disclosure


Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer BCforward, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.


As required by law, below you’ll find the reasonable range of compensation BCforward expects to pay for this role as set forth below.


We anticipate this contractor role will be posted until 6/30/2026.
