J.D. and U.S. bar admission; 6–12 years of M&A experience (in-house or law firm); experience drafting/negotiating transaction and construction contracts, conducting due diligence, and managing regulatory/compliance (antitrust/HSR); strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to travel up to 25%.
