Job Description
You will be the Industrial Engineering Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Industrial Engineering team which is responsible for delivering data‑driven solutions that optimize manufacturing schedules and costs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Engineering Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for using PLM, MRP, MES, data‑analytics, and visualization tools to generate actionable insights for the production organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze production data from multiple sources to create metrics that support scheduling and cost‑reduction decisions.
- Develop automated reports and visual dashboards that enable real‑time performance monitoring.
- Partner with engineering, supply‑chain, quality, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle to identify and close design‑to‑manufacturing gaps.
- Lead continuous‑improvement projects that streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
- Mentor junior engineers on data‑analysis techniques, tool usage, and best‑practice documentation.

Basic Qualifications
* Direct experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing environment environment
* Experience with manufacturing systems like MES/ERP, and automation systems
Desired skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and experience tailoring presentations to stakeholders and varying levels of leadership
• Experience or familiarity with data tools (Tableau) and SQL
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations
• Ability to construct PowerPoint presentation material and brief to senior leadership effectively

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
