<strong>Your Role as an Infant Teacher<br></strong><br>

<li>Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants, meeting their individual needs<br><br>

<li>Foster secure attachments through consistent and responsive interactions<br><br>

<li>Support developmental milestones through sensory-rich, age-appropriate activities<br><br>

<li>Maintain detailed daily records of feeding, sleeping, and developmental progress<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li>High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Completion of state-required pre-service training<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with families and team members<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and actively engage in infant care routines<br><br>
</li>
