Information Security Intern

Calling all Information Security College Juniors!  NVR, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Intern in Reston, VA. 

If you are pursuing a degree in Information Security or Cybersecurity and expect to graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027, we’d love you to apply for our 2026 Internship Program!   

As a Security Analyst Intern, you will perform multiple tasks as part of the NVR Technology Security Team through a rotation in the areas of Systems Security, Compliance, Monitoring and Incident Response, Tool Administration and Engineering. You will have the opportunity to learn our business, visit homebuilding and plant sites, and build foundational career skills. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Work with and assist different teams within NVR’s Information Security department. 
• Assist and collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to monitor and analyze security alerts, ensuring a swift and effective response to potential threats. 
• Assist NVR’s Vendor Risk Management (VRM) program to conduct vendor risk assessments. 
• Assist with NVR's compliance program. 
• Participate in NVR's security awareness education and training programs. 
• Assist with the administration of security solutions and identify areas for improvement.
