Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.

THE WORK:
  • You'll identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle.  
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring alignment between all project stakeholders.  
  • You'll be accountable for managing overall project delivery. 
  • You'll be responsible for project budget through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cashflow forecasting, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies. 
  • You'll participate in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise. 
  • You'll maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Client’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof. 
  • You'll develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives. 
  • You'll monitor the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with the client and with available programs. 
  • You'll promote positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived. 
  • You'll maintain a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation. 
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.


    HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred. OR additional four (4) years of related experience
  • 5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience
  • 15+ years of project management experience
  • Minimum of two successful data center construction projects
  •  


    BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience on projects under design and/or construction
  • Shown acumen for managing people
  • Advanced certifications such as CCM, PMP, CEM, or CPMP
  • Experience commissioning hyperscale and / or colocation data centers
  • Flexibility to travel to work location
  • Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient design practices
