About this role
2 years customer service experience (ideally in employee benefits), 2 years post-secondary education or equivalent, experience with medical insurance plans, ability to read and explain policy language, proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Adobe Acrobat, clear English, basic math, attention to detail, willingness to obtain Life & Health license within 60 days.
