Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

What You Bring

• Prior experience in sales or insurance strongly preferred
• Nevada Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail
• A desire to learn, grow, and make a difference for clients

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through various means including leads, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Offer customized insurance solutions via Property & Casualty & Life & Health products
• Close new business and retain clients using proven sales strategies and tools
• Provide exceptional service and support to new and existing clients by phone, email, and in-person
