Requirements
- Sales, customer service, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong interest in building a career in the insurance industry is required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in leadership or business ownership
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance license (P&C and/or Life & Health) preferred or willingness to obtain quickly
Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance sales by working directly with clients and prospects
- Build, manage, and grow a personal book of business year over year
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while progressing through the training program
- Learn agency operations including marketing, client retention, and compliance
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training future team members
- Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentorship, and hands-on experience
- Participate in structured training, performance reviews, and career development planning
