Requirements
- Experience: Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
- Licensing: Active insurance license(s) for Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident in the State of Missouri or a willingness to obtain them
- Sales: Proven sales performance with documented success in quota achievement
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Technology: Tech-savvy with CRM systems and insurance quoting tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Sell a full suite of insurance products including Life, Health, Commercial, Home and Auto.
- Conduct needs analysis and present personalized insurance solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
