Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to meet and exceed production goals

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through prospecting, networking and referrals
• Sell and service auto, home, renters, life, specialty products and more
• Engage with leads via phone, email, text and online platforms
• Analyze clients insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Educate clients on policy options, features, and benefits to ensure understanding and value
• Process applications, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Maintain consistent follow-up habits and detailed documentation in CRM
• Advise, assist and educate on insurance practices including claims procedures
