The OpportunityAs an Insurance Fraud Solutions - Senior Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Senior Manager, you will apply your skills and professional knowledge to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and communicate effectively to convey clear, impactful messages. You will be responsible for leading large projects, innovating processes, and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients to drive project success.

Responsibilities
- Leading strategic initiatives in data and analytics to drive insights and informed decision-making for clients
- Developing and implementing innovative business intelligence solutions to optimize performance and enhance competitive advantage
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView to deliver impactful results
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of data-driven projects, confirming alignment with client goals
- Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing change to enhance operational efficiency
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within complex data environments
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback to refine solutions
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment in ambiguous scenarios
- Coaching and motivating diverse teams to solve complex problems and achieve project success
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
- Leveraging skills in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
