About the Role

We are seeking adetail-orientedInsurance Processorto join our team. In thisrole, you will play a keypartin supporting insurance operations through mail processing, document management, data entry, and quality control activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to accuracy while meeting business deadlines. This position offers an opportunity to work with multiple systems and office technologies while contributing to efficient andtimelyprocessing of critical business documents.

This opportunity is open to individuals located in the Amarillo,TXand surrounding areas.

Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

• Open, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail while ensuring timely processing of insurance-related documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing checks with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Scan and capture document images using Kodak scanning equipment and other office technologies
• Perform data entry and record maintenance using Microsoft Office applications and internal business systems
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office equipment to minimize workflow disruptions
• File, retrieve, and maintain company records in accordance with established procedures

Deliverables or Project Scope

• Accurately process and track mail, payments, and insurance-related documentation
• Maintain high-quality standards through thorough quality control reviews and attention to detail
• Complete assigned tasks within established service levels while balancing multiple priorities
• Support business operations by ensuring timely, accurate data entry and document management
• Demonstrate flexibility and urgency in responding to changing workloads and business demands

Collaboration Tools or Platforms

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Kodak Scanning Equipment
• Internal processing and document management systems
• Multi-application office platforms and business tools

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a professional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to effectively use multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency when completing task
• Experience working in document processing, mailroom, administrative, insurance, or back-office environments

Additional Information / Requirements

• Onsite presence required for standard working hours of 8am CT – 5pm CT, Monday – Friday
• Must be flexible to work daily overtime including some Saturdays based on business need
• Must be comfortable transitioning between tasks quickly while maintaininga high level of accuracy and quality

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employerBCforward, and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
