Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License preferred
• Life & Health License preferred
• Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts
• Present insurance solutions tailored to each customer's needs and goals
• Quote, bind, and service personal and commercial insurance policies
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through policy issuance
• Support client retention through proactive service and policy reviews
• Contribute to agency production goals and overall business growth
