• Ability to connect, engage, influence, persuade, and empathize with a variety of clients.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products, and legal regulations is a plus
• Must have Property and Casualty general lines license and pass a Background check before starting.

• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Build trust and client relationships by providing the best insurance options to meet their needs and protect their assets.
• Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate call records and client contact information
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage fully in ongoing training opportunities within the agency and with the District Trainer
