As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll be responsible for driving new business through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and tailored insurance solutions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses find coverage that fits their needs - while building a successful and rewarding career in the process.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Active insurance license in TX (Property & Casualty, Life & Health as applicable), or willingness to obtain
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and community involvement
- Assess customer insurance needs and provide personalized product recommendations (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
- Present quotes, explain coverage options, and close new business
- Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service post-sale
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and agency goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM and agency management systems
