We are a growing insurance agency focused on building a high-performance sales team across personal and commercial lines. Our goal is simple: create a structured, accountable, and growth-driven environment where producers succeed—and are coached to perform at a high level.

We are looking for someone to build, lead, and scale a sales team.
Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in insurance sales (personal or commercial lines)
- Leadership experience (team lead, mentor, or manager)
- Strong track record of coaching or improving others’ performance
- Experience with recruiting and hiring preferred
- Highly organized and KPI-driven
- Comfortable holding people accountable and driving results
Responsibilities
The Role
* Coaching and developing current sales producers
* Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new producers
* Managing daily sales activity and pipeline performance
* Driving accountability through clear KPIs and scorecards
* Improving close rates, production, and consistency across the team
Team Coaching & Development
* Run daily sales huddles and weekly performance reviews
* Provide hands-on coaching (call reviews, objection handling, deal strategy)
* Improve individual producer performance and consistency
Recruiting & Hiring
* Build and maintain an active recruiting pipeline
* Conduct interviews weekly
* Hire and onboard new producers to support growth goals
Performance Management
* Track and enforce KPIs (calls, quotes, close ratio, premium)
* Hold producers accountable to daily and weekly standards
* Identify gaps and implement solutions quickly
Sales Leadership
* Own team production targets and results
* Maintain a strong, competitive, and positive sales culture
* Ensure systems and processes are being followed consistently
