Insurance Sales Producer

In search a friendly and highly self driven and motivated individual to be a part of our team. Interested in team player who can bring new sales ideas to our agency for growth.

Full time position with flexible hours during Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30. . 35-40 hours per week subject to sales expectations met.

Salary Range: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Requirements:

Able to pass a full background check and have a valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

PUNCTUALITY and ATTENDANCE a must

Bilingual in English & Spanish is a MUST

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Auto Home and Life Insurance Sales (Hourly + Commission+Bonus Opportunities)

P&C license required

Daily cold calling and prospecting to produce new business leads (Daily minimum quotes and sales goals)

Existing book cross selling/ prospecting to cross sell opportunities.

Life appointment setting

-New business processing, answer phones, payment processing, scanning, policy changes and other administrative and clerical tasks.
