Insurance Sales Producer Base + Uncapped Commission

We’re growing our high-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Isanti and looking for a driven, competitive Sales Producer to join our team. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career, not just clock hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Follow up on warm leads and close sales consistently
• Work alongside a high-energy team focused on results and growth

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.

• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
