Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience required (1-2 years minimum)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable speaking with clients and making outbound calls
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Property & Casualty License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Quote, present, and sell insurance products to prospective clients
- Conduct policy reviews and uncover additional coverage opportunities
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate client records and activity within the CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals
