We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the insurance industry while learning directly from a high-performing, award-winning agency. In this role, you will develop client relationships, prospect for new business, quote policies, and help customers find coverage solutions that fit their needs. You will receive hands-on training, licensing support, and mentorship designed to help you grow into a top-performing insurance professional. • Base salary starting at $32,000
• First-year earning potential of $45,000-$65,000
