Prospect for new clients and deliver personalized insurance solutions (Personal Lines, Life, and Commercial)
Become skilled at consultative selling and creating positive client experiences
Participate in structured sales training, role-playing, and regular coaching to continuously improve your craft
Contribute to the continued growth of a respected local agency

Ideal Candidate
Previous sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but we will train the right person)
Willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses promptly
High energy, coachable, and results-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Local to the Canyon/Amarillo area or willing to relocate
Genuine desire to help families and businesses protect what matters most

Requirements
Sales experience is preferred but not required. Must have Property and Casualty insurance license through the Texas Department of Insurance prior to hire, and be willing to obtain the Life and Health license within 90 days of employment.
