Salary Range (Base + Commission) $70,000-$85,000 Annually

• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, customer service, or outside sales)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Organized with strong follow-up skills

• Must obtain and maintain California Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses (after hire)

• Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners and keep open lines of communication

• Educate clients on insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty lines

• Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options

• Cross-sell additional products to existing clients

• Work leads that are provided, bind policies and work referrals
