We track calls, conversations, and talk time daily so you always know where you stand.
Top performers earn $15k+ in their first 90 days.
Average Performers earn around $10k in the same timeframe.
The difference comes down to consistency and activity, not talent.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property and Casualty license is preferred, willing to train, and licensing assistance is available
- Comfortable being on the phone daily
- Willing to learn and improve quickly
- Self-motivated and consistent
- Sales experience helps, but is not required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Call warm leads and follow-up consistently
- Walk clients through quotes and coverage options
- Close business over the phone
- Hit daily activity targets (Conversations, Talk Time, Calls)
