Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; RN license in Arkansas or master’s in psychology/sociology preferred. CPR and Handle with Care certifications required/available onsite. 3+ years psychiatric facility experience and prior management experience preferred. Strong assessment, admissions, insurance verification, communication, and decision-making skills.
