ASRC Federal is seeking a full-time Infrastructure & Functional Support (I&FS) Procurement Specialist to provide procurement support across consulting agreements, P-Card activities, and operational procurement needs. This role supports I&FS functions such as Facilities, Security, Corporate Services, and others.
Work location: Remote
Key Role:
- Support processing and administration of routine consulting agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Support low dollar P-card buys.
- Serve as the catalog system administrator and support catalog updates, supplier enablement, and ordering workflows.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and provide responsive procurement support.
- Execute basic procurement transactions, supplier communication, documentation updates, and file maintenance.
- Track agreement terms, renewal timelines, and spend details to support functional planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen procurement operations and cross-functional efficiency.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in procurement or subcontracts
- BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant discipline required. Relevant experience can be used to substitute the degree
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning within procurement functions.
- Must be a US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with procurement systems, automation tools, or digital workflow platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Data Management: Applications will be reviewed in intervals. The first 10 candidates will be considered, followed by subsequent groups of 10.
