Within Organizational Change Management (OCM), we guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption for critical Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft 365 transformations. Our consultants help our clients realize the full value of their Microsoft technology investments, aligning stakeholders around shared visions, developing and implementing tailored change strategies, leading communications and engagement efforts, assessing change impacts, and designing training programs that upskill workforces and drive sustained adoption. We measure what matters—tracking progress, surfacing insights, and adjusting strategies to ensure lasting impact. As an Avanade Advisory & Experiences Intern, you’ll support client‑facing teams as they help organizations successfully adopt new Microsoft‑enabled technologies, including AI, Microsoft 365, ERP, and CRM solutions. This internship is designed for students nearing graduation who are interested in a future career in technology consulting, change management, and human‑centered transformation.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting organizational change initiatives—working alongside experienced consultants to help clients move from awareness to adoption and realize the full value of their technology investments.

What You’ll Do

With guidance and mentorship from experienced consultants, you will:

• Support organizational change management activities for AI‑enabled workplace, ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 transformation programs
• Assist in assessing organizational readiness by gathering insights related to culture, processes, and ways of working
• Help develop stakeholder engagement and communication materials for diverse employee audiences
• Contribute to change impact assessments and adoption planning activities
• Support the design and delivery of training and enablement materials that help employees build confidence using new technologies
• Assist with tracking adoption, engagement, and feedback to understand what’s working and where adjustments are needed
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including technology, business, and experience design professionals
• Apply structured problem‑solving, design thinking, and human‑centered approaches to change planning
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and, when appropriate, client stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Students in their final year (or near completion) of a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as:
  • Business, Management, Information Systems, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related disciplines
• Strong interest in organizational change, digital transformation, and consulting
• Curiosity about AI, modern workplace tools, and Microsoft technologies and how they create business value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in ambiguous environments
• Willingness to seek feedback, learn quickly, and take ownership of assigned work

Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
