  • Billing Support: Assist in implementing customer billing and help produce accurate invoices by auditing customer volumes and revenues.

  • Contract Administration: Help maintain Onsites customer information and contract files in accordance with company record retention policies.

  • Data Management: Support the maintenance of customer master data and pricing information within SAP.

  • Pricing Analysis: Aid in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual pricing files and assist with price adjustment calculations.

  • Commercial Support: Help develop sales reports and assist the commercial team with customer requests or contract changes.

  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and financial analysis as required by the supervisor.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

    • Familiarity with SAP or Power BI is a significant plus.

  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when organizing and prioritizing workflow.

  • Communication: Ability to write routine business correspondence and effectively present information to team members.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a professional demeanor.
