Billing Support: Assist in implementing customer billing and help produce accurate invoices by auditing customer volumes and revenues.
Contract Administration: Help maintain Onsites customer information and contract files in accordance with company record retention policies.
Data Management: Support the maintenance of customer master data and pricing information within SAP.
Pricing Analysis: Aid in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual pricing files and assist with price adjustment calculations.
Commercial Support: Help develop sales reports and assist the commercial team with customer requests or contract changes.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and financial analysis as required by the supervisor.

Are you a MATCH?
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Familiarity with SAP or Power BI is a significant plus.
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when organizing and prioritizing workflow.
Communication: Ability to write routine business correspondence and effectively present information to team members.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a professional demeanor.
