What you may do: 

The Intern, Business Analyst will support the day-to-day execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of Solution Navigator, our customer-facing digital self-service platform. This role is ideal for a student interested in digital platforms, customer experience, data, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will work closely with program, business, and technical teams to help ensure customers and help implement/enhance functionality within the Solution Navigator platform.

How you may do it: 

  • Provide general business and operational support for a customer-facing digital program.

  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and reference materials for new and existing functionality.

  • Help track and organize business questions, issues, and requests.

  • Support basic business process documentation and validation.

  • Assist with cross-functional coordination and communication across business teams.

  • Maintain simple trackers, logs, and summaries related to activities and feedback.

  • Support meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.

  • Assist with basic reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Hands-on exposure to a global digital customer platform.

  • Experience working across business, IT, product, and customer service teams.

  • Development of professional skills in documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication.

What we look for 

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based tools.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in digital platforms, customer experience, or process improvement.

  • Basic familiarity with CRM, ERP, CPQ, or e-commerce concepts.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.00-$24.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
