Job Description Summary

The Program

Par Health offers an 11-week internship program designed to provide an immersive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Par Health Intern, you’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study. This program allows you to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world corporate setting while building valuable connections through networking opportunities across the organization.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Cybersecurity Analyst Intern is a technical position in the Information Technology department. This position manages or monitors security solutions used to protect computer systems, networks and data across the organization. The position is part of the Cybersecurity team responsible for defending the enterprise from cyber threats.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with configuration, monitoring, or reporting for one or more deployed security tools.
  • Participate in daily security operations review meetings.
  • Monitor the organization’s computer networks and systems to identify malware, security breaches, or other indicators of compromise.
  • Assist with preparation of cybersecurity reports and metrics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, etc.
 

Skills/Competencies:

  • Technical Proficiency – Basic understanding of computer operating systems
  • Analytical Abilities - Problem-solving skills including working collaboratively with others
  • Communication skills - Good verbal & written communication skills
