What You’ll Learn

Project Overview: Work with DRAM field application engineering team with technical support, primarily handling technical issues from customers and partners, joint validations efforts, self-qualifications as well as supporting local customer engineering teams.

Skills You’ll Learn:

  • Understand DRAM products per H/W application (AI/sever/Graphic/Mobile/Automotive)
  • Memory-System training, DRAM initiation etc.
  • Customer interactions to align memory technology roadmap/Issue troubleshooting
  • Work with cross functional teams for aligning self-qualification process and requirements (sample)

What You’ll Do

The memory product Business Enablement team in the US, in collaboration with Samsung Korea, is in the front and center of road mapping next-generation memory products (DDR/HBM/GDDR/LPDDR). Working to ensure Samsung DRAM products are designed-in and qualified on customer platforms. This team consists of professionals who possess a fine mix of high-level technical understanding as well as business acumen.

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Jose headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Reports to: Sr. Principal Engineer

  • Understand Samsung DRAM product/technology roadmap.
  • Understand DRAM/System interactions and basic memory initialization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs/issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers on product-related issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
  • Support joint memory validation in customer systems.
  • Document and report product issues and customer feedback.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
