MAJOR FUNCTION:
The HR Services Intern will assist HR Services with a variety of complex and specialized administrative tasks including providing excellent customer service to our internal and external stakeholders, managing and overseeing records, and generating reports and conducting audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Actively pursuing Bachelors degree in Human Resources field, required.
Certifications/ Licensure:
- SHRM-CP preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
