Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern for summer 2026 to support HR operations for a semiconductor manufacturing company across two locations in Lowell and Lawrence, MA. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn from a team of HR professionals, with primary support (approximately 80% of time) at the Lowell facility.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management and data entry
Support recruitment efforts such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
Help facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications, including designing flyers
Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources
Provide support for a range of HR projects and operational tasks as required
Requirements/Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources or a related field
Ability to work on-site 20–40 hours per week; this is a fully in-office (non-remote) position
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities with minimal notice
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Demonstrates discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $17/hr - $19/hr.**Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
