Are you interested in Human Resources and passionate about learning and training? Our HR team is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Training function. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while contributing to meaningful learning initiatives that support our crewmembers.
This is a 20-hour per week, in-office internship opportunity that runs through July 31st, 2026 and offers $15 per hour in compensation. We also offer flexible schedules to accommodate your school schedule, as well!
Your Role in Our Mission:
- Assist with the coordination and administration of training programs
- Help organize training materials, presentations, and learning resources
- Support tracking of training completion, attendance, and feedback
- Assist with updating learning content and internal training documentation
- Provide administrative support for HR and training initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects related
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (HR or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute as part of a team
