Job Description:
In this role, Interns will have the opportunity to continue development and skills as it relates to their area of study through a robust ten week experience. The Internship program allows individuals to work on meaningful projects, hone their leadership skills, and gain relevant experience as it relates to business/support functions within a Healthcare setting. The Internship program allows for students to earn valuable knowledge by working alongside staff members through the completion projects and various industry tasks.**This is a summer internship that will run from June 1,2026 through August 7, 2026**.
Education:
▪ Required: Currently enrolled in a program at an accredited university with degree credit study emphasis in a related field OR recently graduated from a university with a degree in a related field
Experience:
▪No prior experience required
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to creativity evaluate and address departmental gaps/needs
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills.
Foundational cybersecurity knowledge, including basic concepts such as malware, phishing, access controls, and common attack vectors
Familiarity with operating systems and networking, particularly Windows, Linux fundamentals, Mac, TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate alerts, analyze logs, and identify suspicious activity
Coursework or experience with security tools or scripting, such as SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
