• Assist the business goals of the insurance office with mutually agreed-upon expectations
• Assist with marketing efforts, including but not limited to:
  • social media
  • Google Business Profile management
  • AI-driven marketing support (AI experience preferred)
  • lead follow-up and appointment setting
  • outside marketing events (help with preparation, promotion support, and event assistance)
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting the development of the business
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which may include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, claim submissions and follow-up and billing clarification

• To be eligible for an internship, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship
• Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

• Practical experience across key marketing channels, including social media and local presence through Google Business Profile
• How AI tools can streamline and enhance marketing workflows, content support, and planning
• Lead follow-up processes that help turn inquiries into appointments
• How marketing efforts work together—from online activities to real-world events—to support customer acquisition and retention
