Department Overview
The
Talent Acquisition department is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and
selecting top talent to support the organization’s growth and long‑term
success. The team partners closely with hiring managers and department leaders
to understand workforce needs, create effective recruitment strategies, and
ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Talent Acquisition
oversees the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting and applicant
screening to interview coordination and offer management. The department also
plays a key role in employer branding, talent pipeline development, internship
programming, and ensuring hiring processes align with organizational values and
compliance standards. Through collaborative partnership and strategic talent initiatives,
Talent Acquisition helps build a strong, high‑performing workforce
that supports the bank’s mission and culture.
Position Overview
The
Talent Acquisition Recruiting Intern will support end-to-end recruiting
operations with a focus on process efficiency, candidate experience
initiatives, and enhancing communication within the iCIMS CRM. This role is
ideal for a student interested in recruiting, employer branding, HR technology,
and project-based process improvement.
Role and
Responsibilities
1. Recruiting & Process Efficiency
- Assist with sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling for various roles
- Document and analyze recruiting workflows to identify efficiency opportunities
- Support improvements in recruiter standard work, templates, and process documentation
2. Candidate Experience Initiatives
- Partner with the TA team to review and improve candidate journey touchpoints
- Help design communication templates, post interview surveys, and follow up processes
- Support ongoing work connected to the Six Diamond Hiring Experience initiative
3. CRM & Communication Enhancement (iCIMS)
- Work on a project to enhance communication flows inside the iCIMS CRM
- Assist in building automations, communication campaigns, and event workflows (career fairs, info sessions, talent community engagement)
- Test and validate CRM enhancements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with TA branding standards
4. Event & Program Support
- Assist with planning and executing recruiting events, internship program activities, and engagement campaigns
- Support Talent Acquisition analytics by pulling basic reports (training provided)
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in HR technology and process improvement
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
Progress Review
- Weekly check‑ins to review progress, discuss questions, and provide guidance
- Ongoing monitoring of task completion and development of new skills
Experience
and Knowledge Development
The
intern will develop hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end
recruiting processes while gaining exposure to HR technology systems, including
the iCIMS ATS and CRM. They will build skills in process mapping and continuous
improvement, strengthen professional communication in a Talent Acquisition
environment, and learn the fundamentals of candidate experience design and
employer branding.
