JOB SUMMARY |
The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the talent acquisition team with projects related to the overall employee experience, recruitment, and onboarding, and will interact with employees to assist with benefits inquiries. The HR Intern may also spend time with the Hendrick Health executive over Human Resources.

- Some College – associates or bachelor’s level program

- Compose letters/memoranda
- Coordinate meetings
- Input data into computer programs
- Maintain work area according to OSHA and NIOSH standards
- Schedule interviews
- Deals effectively with hospital personnel
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
- Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
- Requires ability to handle confidential information
- Requires extreme diplomacy and tact
- Research information
- Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analyses
- Generate reports
