  • Review training developed at individual plants and refine it into clear, consistent materials for company‑wide use
  • Assist with putting together training materials such as presentations, guides, assessments, and reference tools
  • Help organize and clean up existing training documents, portals, and folders so content is clear and usable
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions, recurring programs, and development events
  • Support the planning and coordination of leadership and development programs, including materials, assessments, and session logistics
  • Support special projects that help employees understand career paths, job progression, and development opportunities

Required Skills, Education, Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related field and eligible for a co‑op or internship
  • Interest in learning how training supports manufacturing operations and frontline roles

  • Ability to take ideas or loosely defined needs and help turn them into organized content
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments
