ABC Supply, the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior building supplies, is looking for an NSC Internal Auditor.
Position Summary:
Internal Audit Interns are primarily responsible for assisting Internal Auditors in performing various types of audit projects. Interns will assist in branch process audits, NSC financial audits and branch operational audits.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist the process audit senior auditor with completion of monthly process audits for L&W.
- Assist the NSC internal audit senior with required testing for internal audit projects as well as audit work for our external auditors.
- Assist branch operations auditors with completion of on-site branch audits.
- Travel required – approximately 25%, one week per month to assist with branch audits.
- Assist Internal Audit Manager with special projects, reports and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and research
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Teamwork skills are a must
- Must have strong time management skills and be able to complete all assigned tasks on schedule
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - emphasis on Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio
