Now Brewing – international operations services manager! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

We are seeking an exceptional operator to join our team who is energized by solving complex business challenges through retail technology, AI-enabled thinking, and data-driven decision making across a growing international footprint. This role contributes to Starbucks success by enabling operational excellence across international markets and advancing tech solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong store operations expertise paired with experience translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, actionable insights, and clear visual storytelling that improves the partner and customer experience. This role will lead and consult on end-to-end planning, development, testing, and adoption of complex programs, systems, and technical products across international operations.

As an international operations services manager, you will…

  • Consult, Collaborate and Influence - Build trusted relationships and collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement meaningful programs for the international business.
  • Project and Portfolio Leadership - Lead operations priorities across retail technology programs and ensure the development, delivery, and sustainment of projects that improve execution in stores. Drive initiatives through the full lifecycle, from business definition and planning through testing, implementation, change management, and ongoing support across international markets.
  • Effective Communication - Communicate complex ideas, technical concepts, and operational insights in a clear and compelling way for varied audiences. Translate data into actionable recommendations and use effective visual storytelling to support decisions, alignment, and adoption.
  • Operational Expertise - Bring deep knowledge of retail and store operations, standards, and practices, along with demonstrated experience with retail technology solutions. Candidates should be comfortable applying emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, and using analytics to identify opportunities, improve performance, and support operational decision making.
