A Day in The Life: 

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support data analysis, requirement gathering, process documentation, and day‑to‑day operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience with SAP, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.

 

The Impact You'll Make: 

  • Assist with requirement gathering, documenting user stories, and capturing meeting notes/action items.
  • Support data analysis using Excel/Power BI and summarize key insights.
  • Help create, update, and track RITMs (ServiceNow requests).
  • Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Analyze business impact for small enhancements or change requests.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders for updates, clarifications, and follow‑ups.
  • Support UAT activities, tracking issues and validating outcomes.

 

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master’s in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • Strong Excel skills; basic data analysis ability.
  • Good communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Interest in business processes and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through on action items.

Good‑to‑Have

  • Exposure to SAP (ECC, S/4, or IBP).
  • Experience with Power BI or basic reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
