Essential Functions:
- Support the BiW Supplier Quality team by gathering feedback to prepare reports, presentations for management meetings, and standardization efforts
- Represent the team in cross-functional project meetings related to Supplier Quality of new vehicle launch
- Assist the team member in different projects to steer the maturity level of parts including color evaluations
- Plan and organize supplier and internal workshops related to model year and new vehicle launch
- Assist with the tracking of standard process KPIs related to project management for model year and new vehicle launches
- Support with development of training material for the used systems and reporting applications and onboarding process for new team members
- Opportunity for additional projects with independent responsibilities and a platform to present on various management levels
Other regular daily tasks:
- Data and system maintenance
- Support team with creation of standard reports
