A Day in The Life:

The FLRT Social Media Intern supports the brand’s day-to-day social presence by helping bring the FLRT voice to life across platforms. This role assists with content creation, trend monitoring, community engagement, and campaign support. From brainstorming playful content ideas and coordinating posts, you’ll help keep FLRT in the group chat, on the feed, and in the conversation. Ideal candidates are deeply plugged into social trends, have a strong eye for what performs online, and are excited to help grow the brands social presence.

 

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Support Daily Social Publishing by assisting with scheduling posts, drafting captions in the FLRT tone of voice, and ensuring content is optimized for each platform.
  • Monitor Social Trends and Culture to identify timely opportunities for FLRT to participate in conversations and moments.
  • Assist with Content Creation including capturing short-form video content, BTS moments, and lifestyle content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Community Engagement across social platforms by monitoring comments, DM’s, and engaging in conversations in a timely manner. Including sending out product to fans within the community.
  • Support Campaign Launches and Product Moments by coordinating social assets, organizing content calendars, and helping execute posts tied to marketing initiatives.
  • Track Social Performance by compiling monthly social metrics, identifying top-performing content, and surfacing insights on what resonates with our audience.

Who You Are: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Deeply active on social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging channels with a strong understanding of current trends and internet culture.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to a brand voice and create short-form, engaging, social copy.
  • Comfortable capturing and editing basic social content using tools on Iphone.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and fast-paced social calendar.
  • Creative thinker who brings fresh content ideas and understands what makes content sharable and engaging.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
