​​Inventory management, process delivery requests, and process improvement.​

Essential Functions

• ​​Process Shipment Requests
• ​Create picking material lists
• ​Create and update delivery calendar
• ​Stock Management
• ​Cycle Counts, Pool Management, Returned Goods
• ​WIP Management 
• ​WIP Review, Reconcile, Project closeout, review of projects that are 90% complete
• ​Lead warehouse staff in Inventory preparation
• ​Assist in reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the overall operation
• ​Other relative duties as assigned​

Minimum Qualifications

• ​​High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience 
• ​​At least 3 years of experience in similar position related to inventory practices, accounting, or finance​

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

• ​​Experience with Microsoft Office
• ​Forklift certification (training will be provided)
• ​Good communication skills
• ​Leadership capabilities​

Work Environment  

​​This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites.​
