​​Inventory management, process delivery requests, and process improvement.

 

Essential Functions

  • ​​Process Shipment Requests
  • Create picking material lists
  • Create and update delivery calendar
  • Stock Management
  • Cycle Counts, Pool Management, Returned Goods
  • WIP Management 
  • WIP Review, Reconcile, Project closeout, review of projects that are 90% complete
  • Lead warehouse staff in Inventory preparation
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the overall operation
  • Other relative duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • ​​High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience 
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position related to inventory practices, accounting, or finance

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • ​​Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Forklift certification (training will be provided)
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership capabilities

Work Environment

​​This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require driving to project sites.
